Now I played this game for a lot of times it's just an entire conflict it just doesn't feel like world war 1. There is a lot of rubbishness mostly the animator it is horrible this game may be at least 5 years old but for god sake no one in the world can grab their rifle from behind and fire in less than a second and then return the rifles back into it's original position what's worse is that your troops always have some funny standing position in which they have to turn every time to order them to a area. The lack of important countries such as the Ottoman Empire, Italy, Serbia & Bulgaria and numerous others disappoint me entirely. I'm fine with the number of missions but for heaven sake it seems to be the same objective over and over again except for a few missions. The A.I is like a world war 1 general it constantly sends troops to die over and over again without even considering other routes once you have a mix of tanks planes and artillery its easy to crush your enemy.
World war 1 was a war in which people fought for their lives, where in this game you are just constantly creating clones which don't even bother to move from raining motar or shell fire acting as if they don't want to live they are more fanatic to die for their country than the nazies.. The buildings are just wow there's no trenches or anti air batteries and the fact you have to build a town confuses me cause you'r leading an army from another country not creating a country and leading an army why why is there a military academy in a battlefield isn't that supposed to be an important building at your capital! and there isn't much important military building there is not even a base camp. The air warfare is just my god, The planes don't need to refuel they can't be shoot down easily and there's no zepplins which is a disappointment they have infinity bombs and bullets and your bombs always drop either before or after the target which is so annoying when sending bombers against sea units they miss all the time your troops are smart enough to shoot at the planes but are too fanatic to dodge the bombs or bullets.

Land warfare is just a mix of 18th century tactics and world war 1 weapons your troops including the cavalry literally march and fight in lines when you group them! The units are simply your basic infantry then a light infantry that doesn't do close combat and a machine gunner that also can't fight back at close combat, officers are fruitless they only are more deadly in close combat with their sabre. mortars are quiet useful but useless at close combat again. The cavalry is not very good even when it comes to open field battle. Your tanks both light and heavy are the boss of the battlefield well only when they are supported by infantry as your enemy can simply grenade your tanks to pieces, Historically if I'm not wrong the Russians didn't have the renault tank till late 1917 when the russian civil war was starting and the russians only got hold mostly of the Mark V tanks. The anti-air vehicle is so heavily armoured you need grenades or shells to blow it up, the automobile serve it's purpose of transporting that's all and it transport 5 units. The pillboxes are the only thing that could be realistic. Artillery which is only cannons and howitzers they are a pain and the a.i doesn't use much unless it has too much resources. The naval warfare is just god all mighty your's lucky if you can even damage the battleship it's a killing machine and there's a lack of submarines and sea mines and smaller vessels like the torpedo boats. The english accents is amazing 'Boletk (Bullet) is stupid gernade (Grenade) is toltal (total) idiot' there's a lack of important units mostly the snipers which only the austrians have but they act like normal line infantry. The uniform has to be even out the austrians are wearing bright purple-blue colour and the english have yellow everywhere including their helmet the germans have too much light blue..

The landscape is has some same pattern of rough and then grass there's no weather even though games like EE2 have weathers that effect troops and that game is one year older than this. The difficulty is amazing the A.i always have at least twice the amount of troops the you have and will always spam what every unit is thinks that can beat yours and this game get so frustrating you feel like a world war 1 general who actually cares about the death of his troops and the lack of progress. This game is a step forward to world war 1 games but it's so horrible it's like taking 2 steps back.
